Christmas is just around the corner and we have one last brand launching for 2018 - the super fun Swedish toy brand, Kids Concept.

If you aren't familiar with the brand, the have created a series of collections full of modern wooden toys, each with a great story attached to them. More on that later! We first discover Kids Concept last year and they've been on our wish list since we launched, when we saw the AW18 collection we knew now was the perfect time for the brand to join Nursery Edit. We've been crying out to expand our wooden toy collection with a modern brand who fits our style, and Kids Concept does this perfectly.

The collection of modern Swedish toys ranges from play guitars, wooden ring stacking toys, bead frames,  bake sets and so much more. We are already excited for the 2019 range and to expand our modern toy selection further.

The stylish toys will look perfect in any home and will be treasured by kids. We love that they really encourage children to engage in imaginative play, whether it's being a baker, musician or pretend play with their dolls and pram. The timeless colours are earthy and neutral too!

NEO Collection

The NEO collection is inspired by the Stone Age and the NEOlithic age. It takes us back to the Stone Age with flint rock, volcanoes and rocky mountains. Mammoths and other exciting creatures are also inspiration. The sooty colour scale goes from black, charcoal to the lightest grey. Kids Concept mix it with pure wood, white and pastels. Colourful splashes of both mustard yellow and bright pastel tones give the children's room a modern feel.
